Each one you get gives you more HP and defense. It's worth having them. Not just for Sephiroth either.

Hmm... I prefer the Titan Chain, but perhaps the Gaia Bangle, given the low defense/HP status of your level, would give you a better chance of winning. After all, a long and drawn out yet successful battle with Sephiroth is more important than a fast and quick to finish battle with him where you lose.

You won't need Ultima Weapon, something like Oblivion or Lionheart will suffice. Synthesizing all those items will take more time than what is compulsory for defeating Sephiroth; he's really not as difficult as most claim him to be.

Yeah, most people like Lionheart better than Oblivion. The MP bonus could be the only possible reason to attest to this fetish, (unless they are like me and they like blades as short as they come - I use the original 3 range Keyblade - ) as Oblivion has a somewhat longer reach on top of being more powerful as a physical weapon. I suppose I prefer the shorter Keyblades because when used with combos such as Arcs Arcanum, Sonic Blade, etc., their compressed forms, as opposed to their longer counterparts (Ultima Weapon, Metal Chocobo, Oblivion) seem, at least to me, to deliver a more powerful impact from the combo. This is however by no means true with the actual damage values associated with the game. It's fun to try out, though.

It gets easier after you've beaten him once. You'll eventually learn that is attack pattern is pretty predictable. Anyway, once you've gotten the hang of fighting him, the only move you'll need to watch out for is Sin Harvest. It's drags your MP down to 0 and HP down to 1. When Sephiroth says, "Sin Harvest" superglide over to him and hit him before a pink dot appears. (If you're too late, run away and use an elixer). Sin Harvest killed me lots of times...

Anyway, I fought him with the Ultima keyblade cuz it's your most powerful weapon. It's a good way to level up before the fight too, you have to collect all those items...

When do I get Oblivion? I don't want to go past the resting point, inc ase I can't get back out, but I still haven't gotten Oblivion yet :/

Oblivion is in a chest seated on a large arch that covers the large aperture of a doorway in the back of the room where you encountered Ansem for the first time and defeated Riku as he was possessed. It carries the same color and dark glint as Sephiroth's masamune blade.

Where is the best palce to find the soldiers and flying gusy whod rop the items you mentioned?

And where can I fidn power shards and crystals?

Note: These conditions will most likely only be set as they are described to be once the KH party of the user who is trying to use these locations has at least unlocked the special matches in Olympus Colloseum.

Hmmm, Soldiers. My best bet would be Wonderland, they don't show up too frequently anymore. Flying Soldiers are probably most common in Hollow Bastion, and can also be found in many other areas across the KH worlds.

Power Shards can be found by defeating Powerwilds (either male or female variant). Powerwilds are the monkey-resembling Heartless that can be found most commonly in Deep Jungle. The Power Crystal can be found by defeating Wyverns, the large red dragon Heartless. You can find them in Deep Jungle alongside the Powerwilds and thus get both benefits of the trade. Or, you can also find them in many other locations, some of which include Hollow Bastion and Traverse Town.
